4. Relationship with Third-Party Professionals

4.2 Professional Engagement

When you engage a professional through our platform:

  • You enter into a direct relationship with that professional
  • The professional's terms of engagement govern your relationship
  • High-income.org is not a party to your agreement with the professional
  • You are responsible for evaluating the professional's qualifications and services

4.3 Vetting Process

While we conduct background checks and credential verification for professionals in our network, we do not guarantee their performance, advice, or results. You should independently verify credentials and conduct your own due diligence.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
